Rosh Hashanah services to the young family


Calling all children 0-2 and their adults! Get ready to sing, dance and play as we celebrate together. This year, your family can celebrate Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur onsite and online with Temple Israel clergy and special guests. On Erev Rosh Hashanah, our service will be preceded by a Young Families schmooze which will include snacks and treats!

Sunday, September 25, yYoung Family Erev Rosh Hashanah Service:

  • 4:45 p.m.: Small family conversation (on site)
  • 5:15 p.m.: Interactive service with singing, dancing and games (in mixed presence, on site and online)

Monday, September 26, thereYoung Family Rosh Hashanah Service:

  • 8:45 a.m.: We will gather for an interactive service led by Temple Israel clergy and musician Wayne Potash. Our morning will also include holiday crafts and fun for the whole family.
  • ~10:45 a.m.: Tashlich at the muddy river

Please note:

  • For these services, we are together in mixed presence, on site and online.
  • We kindly ask you to wear a mask in our building.
  • Registration is required for on-site Young Family Holy Day services.
